Teresa de Lisieux (1873-1897), nacida en Alen\u00e7on e hija de padres beatos, fue una carmelita francesa cuya vida estuvo marcada por una profunda espiritualidad y sencillez. Tras una infancia marcada por la orfandad materna y una experiencia de “conversi\u00f3n” a los 14 a\u00f1os, ingres\u00f3 al convento de Lisieux a los 15 a\u00f1os con permiso especial del Papa Le\u00f3n XIII. A pesar de su corta vida, destac\u00f3 como Maestra de novicias y desarroll\u00f3 una filosof\u00eda de confianza absoluta en Dios, prometiendo tras su muerte a los 24 a\u00f1os “una lluvia de rosas” sobre el mundo. Canonizada en 1925 por P\u00edo XI y nombrada Patrona de las Misiones, su legado invita a la santidad a trav\u00e9s de los peque\u00f1os gestos cotidianos.<\/p>\n
